Mediterranean and Mission style single-family homes are available. Five single-story single-family homes, offer a nice variety of interior living choices. Most homes have covered patios allowing you to enjoy the Florida weather from the comforts of your back porch. The Grand Cayman model, offering, 1,996sq.ft under air, is professionally decorated and open for tours daily.

If you prefer to live in a Villa, we offer five different home choices. Our Villas are a single-story designed home, with two or three bedrooms to meet your personal needs. We currently have the Fiji model, decorated and open daily for tours.

THE AMENITIES
Enjoying the vast array of amenities at Woodfield will make you feel like you’re on a never ending vacation. The 16,000 square foot grand clubhouse is the hub for countless indoor activities. Fitness, aerobics, crafts, billiards, cards, computers, live theatre/ballroom are all available.

To complete the resort experience, a full-time social director is on staff to plan and coordinate clubs and to set up trips to help you take full advantage of the incredible South Florida lifestyle.

Woodfield is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Indian River Mall, and just a short drive to The Outlets at Vero Beach (formerly Tanger Outlet Mall), The Center For The Arts, sandy beaches, marinas and golf.
